Our Student Application is provided below in Adobe PDF format for you to download and print out. Before mailing us the application, please call the school at 386-418-1213 to verify availability of a spot for your child.

If there is not a spot available, you may place your name on a waiting list. Please mail us the application along with a check for $50. This is a nonrefundable fee. If a spot becomes available for your child, the $50 will be applied to your registration fee. Please be aware that upon beginning school, a $200 supply fee will be due as well.

*Monthly tuition rate is based on 10 equal monthly payments. We do not prorate for holidays or camps. The Spencer House is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm during the school year. Before school childcare from 7:00 to 9:00 am is free for all children except VPK students. We offer a 5% sibling discount deducted from the higher of the two tuition rates. A $25.00 prepayment discount is given if payment is received by the 5th of each month. There is a $250 registration and supply fee due each year at the time of registration. This fee is waived if tuition for the year is paid in full in advance. Florida VPK hours and additional fees are subject to funding levels set by the state legislature, therefore please call for current information on this program. In the event of a discrepancy between the website pricing and information and the tuition contract, the tuition contract takes precedence.

AFTERSCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM: Families who participate in our Afterschool Enrichment Program from 3:00 to 6:00 pm have the choice of being billed $9 per day with the monthly tuition, or being automatically billed $2.25 per half hour of afterschool used twice each month to their credit or debit card.

PARENTS NITE OUT: We offer a free night out for the parents of all our enrolled children on select Fridays throughout the year from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. Children enjoy special art projects, movies and popcorn while parents enjoy an evening to themselves.
